If you would like to add a last name under the Crest please use the drop down feature and select Custom and use the Custom Text Box and type in the name you wish to add. If you add a last name there is an additional fee of $10. 

You can preorder through May 27th and your items will be available for pickup at the Alumni BBQ at Servite on 6/4. Orders placed after the 27th will be charge shipping and shipped out 7-10 days after the order is placed.
